How to list my space?
We’ve created one simple form, where you can fill out all the details you’ll need to get started! It only takes 5 minutes to Iist your space, fill out the form HERE. Once completed you will need to create an account and agree to pophub terms of service.
Will it cost money to upload a listing?
Absolutely not! Our platform is designed to cut costs and deliver meaningful service. A Booking fee of 20% (of the gross rent paid) will only be incurred once a successful tenant has been sourced. Secure payments will be offered on all booking charges.
How do I communicate with pophub?
You will be assigned a personal concierge who will contact you on a regular basis and be your point of call at all times. When your personal concierge isn’t available we have a 24-hour concierge available at all times.
How can I update the availability of my listing?
Contact your personal concierge at any time to notify them of changes to dates available
What if I want to lease my tenancy long term?
Inform your personal concierge of when you would like to start leasing your property long-term. We can then assess your options of retaining the current tenant, or forward you onto a real estate provider to assist you further.
What if the pop-up tenant wants to enter a lease?
Great news! Your pophub concierge will contact you and advise of the next steps.
How do I receive my rental income?
During the listing process you will need to provide your bank account for payments. Payments will be made weekly/fortnightly/monthly depending on the pop-up term into your allocated account.
How do tenants provide insurance for their pop up?
Either through pophubs preferred insurance agency or through their own provider. Your listing will outline the parameters of the insurance required.
How do I upgrade to a Feature listing?
A Feature listing ensures maximum exposure to create the highest possible level of success. There are items that you need to complete to ensure the best result.
Complete listing information
- Tenancy availability and pricing is a key client filter for spaces based on prices and availability is the key search methods for tenancy
- Ensure your space is available with daily / weekly and or monthly pricing
High Quality pictures
- The picture quality on your listing is the main selling point. As a digital platform, clients buy your space how they perceive it online. As a result, you need high-quality pictures to become a “GOLD listing”
- It is important to have a minimum of 4 pictures as per the below example
Successful communication with popuphub
- You cannot rent your space without clear punctual communication with pophub as we are dealing with potential renters all the time that want punctual responses.

How do I receive my security deposit?
Pophub will securely hold all security deposits throughout the duration of the tenancy. This will be released back to the tenant at termination, assuming that the property has been well-maintained, and after gaining your written consent.
If there is damage to the property, pophub will assess the costings incurred, and the security deposit may not be returned to the tenant.
How much rent can I get for my tenancy?
Once you have applied to rent your space, our experts will determine a suitable rate based on the current rental market and the location, size, and condition of the property. This will be discussed with you, the landlord, before the listing goes live on pophub.com.au.
How do I change the price of my space?
Notify your personal landlord concierge if you are unsatisfied with the price of your space.
How much is pophub’s service fee?
A service fee of 20% will be incurred once a successful tenant has been placed. This fee will be calculated on the total amount of rental income paid. Additional payments for rent extensions will also be incurred at 20%.
Can I Rent Out My Space as a Tenant?
If you’re not the owner of the space that you want to list, you should look at your lease to determine if you’re permitted to rent out the space. In many cases, the lease will require you to get written permission from your landlord. Keep in mind, you are responsible for ensuring that by renting your space through pophub, you are not violating the terms of your lease.
